Pastoral Council Meeting Minutes
December 19, 2007

Vince Hurley called the meeting to order at 7:40 pm.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as written.
Parish Plan Presentation: Change status column in plan to reflect continuing activity.
The Faith Formation Committee, Stewardship Council and the Liturgical Committee will send a report to the Pastoral Council after their individual meetings. The committee reports should address what is in the Parish Plan and any other new ideas that should be implemented. We need to address the long term goals of programming in the Parish. Website should be added to marketing in the Plan.
The Plan will be reviewed in three months.
Finance Council Report: Sheila Kellerman has resigned as chairman of the Finance Council but is still available for consultation. Plate collections and overall income is down for the last fiscal year but expenses are also down. Credit card and EFT use has increased which helps with having consistent monthly donations. Parishioners who use these methods must designate an account for their contribution. It was suggested that we raise prices for fundraiser tickets to increase profit.

Parish Play:
The Parish Play made a net profit of approximately $6,200. 00.
